This page explains how to request deletion of your Imajiedu account and everything in it, and what you can delete yourself without asking anyone.
If you never created an account, we hold no data about you on our servers. Doa memorisation marks, tahsin marks, game save points and settings are stored in your own browser's or app's local storage, on your device.
Clearing this site's data in your browser — or uninstalling the installed app — removes all of it immediately. You need no one's permission and do not need to tell us.
Email the address at the foot of this page with the subject "Hapus akun" (Delete account), from the email address you signed up with. We use the sending address to confirm the request comes from the account holder — we will never ask for your password, and you should never send it.
If you no longer have access to that email address, say so in your message. We will ask for other details sufficient to establish that the account is yours.
The process is identical: email us from the address attached to that Google or Facebook account.
Worth knowing: revoking Imajiedu in your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites) stops our future access to your Facebook account, but does NOT delete the data already in our database. They are two different actions, and the second still has to be requested by email.
Your email address, username, saved designs and work, game save points, daily build-time records, and your role and subscription status. The account row is deleted outright, not flagged inactive.
This cannot be undone. Designs saved under the account go with it, so download anything you want to keep before sending the request.
Aggregate statistics — a simulator's visit count, for instance — contain no identity and cannot be traced back to you, so they are not affected.
Transaction records used as accounting documents may be retained for 10 years when required by Indonesian tax rules. We will explain any retained records when confirming your request.
Imajiedu is run by one person, not a support team on rotation. We reply to confirm your request, and complete the deletion within 30 days at the outside — usually far sooner.
No reply after a few days? Send it again. A lost email is more common than an ignored request.
