Delete some Imajiedu data

Ask us to delete selected data without closing your Imajiedu account. You can open this page without installing the app or signing in.

How to make a request

Select the data you want removed and add details if needed.
Use the button below to open your email app, then send the message from the address linked to your Imajiedu account.
We will reply to verify account ownership and confirm the result. Never send a password, PIN, or one-time code.

If your email app does not open

Send the request manually to imajiedu@gmail.com. This address also appears in our Privacy Policy. Select data types above to display a subject and message you can copy.

What is deleted and what is retained

After verifying your identity, we delete the selected data from Imajiedu storage within 30 days. If some data exists only on your device, we will explain how to clear the app or site data there; we cannot access it from our server.

Your account, email address, plan status, and unselected data remain while your account is active. Transaction records used as accounting documents are kept for 10 years when required by Indonesian tax rules. This request does not cancel or erase a Google Play purchase; manage subscriptions separately in Google Play.
